A message from Tim Skipper, Director of IntoNET Technology Ltd
I understand and share your frustrations at the recent lack of service during Sunday Monday and Tuesday of this week, which was caused by a serious fire and explosion at the data centre in Houston Texas, where we keep our servers.

Thankfully nobody was injured and our servers are now all back online, and hopefully will remain so now that a new backup generator has been installed.

I am told that once the infrastructure in the data centre has been properly rebuilt, there will be some further downtime (I'm promised this will be brief) while the current temporary solution is switched back to the permanent one. I anticipate this will happen over the coming weekend, but keep an eye on this page for more updates as we get them.

Service Updates

06/06/2008 16:13. Service has been restored.

06/06/2008 16:07. Power transport has failed temporarily in our phase of the data centre - service should be restored shortly.

06/06/2008 15:45. We appear to have lost network connectivity to our servers. Please standby for further information, engineers are investigating.

05/06/2008 23:16. All systems are operating normally. E-Mail servers are processing 98% of e-mail in under 60 seconds.
